| Mouth | smooth, viscous, sweet, honey, apricot, apple aftertaste - very pleasant. |
| Finish | Apples, cleanfresh finish - very nice |
| Overall quality | A lovely desert wine - not sure why listed as a white - definitely a SWEET WHITE wine. I have just tried this bottle we purchased at the vineyard in 2002 with 3 cheeses - An Abondance from Haute Savoie, A Blue des Causes from the Gorge du Tarnan Old Mance |
